Day 5 in Group A

Our morning started again very foggy and rainy and we had to wait for about three hours in the car until the sky cleared up.

At lunch time the weather became better and we prepared the big drone (UAV) a second time for the flight.

This time we were very lucky and actually launched the drone.

Wolfgang Schäper was so kind to teach us all to fly the drone manually. This was a great experience! 

And of course everything was documented.

At night the locals prepared a drink for us with strong alcohol, lemons, coffee and dark sugar to celebrate our successful day.

Afterwards the whole group went for a night walk where we heared a tawny owl (Strix aluco).
